The Black Hawk Army helicopter collided on Wednesday night with Airrican American Airlines at the Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia.
According to the Federal Air Force Administration, PSA’s regional aircraft Airlines Bombardier Crj700 collided with a Sikorsky H-60 helicopter, while he was on the runway approach to the National Airport of Reagan at 9pm local time.
White house secretary Caroline Leavitt told Fox News’ Sean Hannity that President Donald Trump is aware of the situation, calling the situation tragic.
The dog acted as a flight 5342 for American Airlines, and he left Wichita, Kansas.

District District Metropolitan Police Directorate said in a statement that more calls were received at 8:53 pm for the collision of an aircraft above the Potomac River.
“DC Fire and EMS, Metropolitan Police Directorate and several partner agencies currently coordinate search and rescue operation in Rijeka Potomac,” police said. “There are currently no confirmed victims’ data.”
American Airlines told Fox News Digital that they were aware of the report that the American Eagle Flight 5342, which manages the dog, with the Wichitaw, Kansas (ICT) service to the National Airport Washington Reagan (DCA), included in the incident. Further information was not available from the airline.
The aircraft collided with Black Hawk Sikorsky UH-60.
Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk is a four-time, double engine, medium-sized military helicopter, which can transport 15 people, including two pilots, two crew chiefs and two rescue experts.
It is not clear how many crews were on the helicopter at the time of the collision.
The fire and EMS department confirmed that firefighters were at the scene.
Video scenes show numerous emergency teams that respond.
One video posted in X and taken from a web camera at the Kennedy Center caught what seemed like an explosion near the Potomac River.

Kansas Vlad Laura Kelley also said she was aware of the incident.
“I am aware that the plane that entered from Wichite was involved in a collision at the National Airport of Reagan,” she said. “I am active in contact with the authorities. My thoughts go out to those involved. I will share more information as they become available.”
Senator Roger Marshall, R-Kans, said in a post on X that he saw reports of a collision with DC helicopter and a Wichit’s input flight, Kansas.
“We are in contact with the authorities who work to get answers,” Marshall wrote. “Please join us in prayer for every passenger and their families.”

Marshall later wrote that the aircraft carried approximately 60 passengers when collided with a military helicopter.
“It is my prayer that God wraps the hands of every sacrifice and still be with their families. There are no words that could make this story easier,” he wrote. “I ask the world to join me in the Kansas prayer tonight, the first answers, the rescue crews and all those involved in this terrible accident. I have been in contact with local and national authorities who have sought answers and will continue to require more information about how it took place. “
