Flight American Airlines from New York City Tokyo was forced to turn through the Pacific Ocean on Monday night before flying back to Dallas-Frat Worth, Texas, after experiencing a “maintenance problem”.
Flight 167 American Airlines took off from John F. Kennedy’s international airport (JFK) in New York on Monday, at about 11am, and it was expected that the next day at about 2 pm he would take the HANDA (HND) airport in Tokyo (HND).
Flight data show that the aircraft crossed the US and was over the Pacific Ocean when he almost seven hours in the flight, turned and headed back to the US
Boeing 787 Dreamliner has flown several countries, including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Wyoming, Colorado and Oklahoma, before he eventually landed in Dallas-flo Worth International airport just before 10:15 pm on Monday, local time.

American Airlines Fox News Digital said that the flight was diverted due to maintenance problems, although the details of the matter were not provided.
“We never want to disrupt our customers’ travel plans and we are sorry for the inconvenience that could cause this,” American said.
