The court supported the verdict in March from a lower court, which remained the efforts of the Minister of Homeland Security Christ Noem to remove the protected status from some Venezuelanians in the country.
On Friday, President Trump also commented on the case of Kilmar Abrega Garcia, a Salvadorant citizen who lived in Maryland and had protection against deportation, who was wrongly deported to the County Prison last month.
