Four other Democratic legislators traveled to El Salvador to visit an illegal immigrant and suspect that the MS-13 gang member deported President Donald Trump’s administration.
Tail. Robert Garcia of California, Maxwell Frost from Florida, Yassamine Ansari of Arizona and Maxine Dexter of Oregon announced in a press release that they had arrived in El Salvador “to press Trump’s administration to order an overwhelming court Kilmar Abrego Garcia. “ Four Democrats described Garcia as “Maryland man with a protected legal status that Trump’s administration has illegally deported.”
Their visit comes after Senator Chris Van Hollen, D-md., Flew to El Salvador last week to visit Abrego Garcia, who was transferred from the infamous mega prison in the country, Centro de Confinamieto del Terrorimo (Cecot), Tecoluc, in the detentrochical side earlier, “Center Industrial”.

In their statement to the public, four Democrats said their journey is not funded by the dollars of taxpayers after the president of the surveillance and responsibility of the house James Comer, R-Ky, rejected Garcia and Frost’s request for the official delegation of Congress members (Codel). They claimed that Trump’s administration administration removed Garcia was a “abduction” or he “disappeared” – a term used to describe abducted and killed prisoners and dissidents during the Argentine “Dirty War”.
Meanwhile, Trump is on Sunday in another social place of Abrego Garcia on Sunday.
“Radical crazy Democrats and their comrades in false newspapers are falsely made up of Kilmar Armando Abrago Garcia as a very sweet and innocent person, who is a total, sharp and dangerous lie,” Trump wrote. “Garcia found two separate courts as a member of the abuser, the MS-13 gang killer, He was in our country illegally and in order of deportation. “
“It is a scornful and non -American for liberals and main media so much to hate our country and be obsessed with the protection of criminals, instead of working on our border, streets and families safe,” he added. “Those who lie to the American people on behalf of violent criminals must be responsible by agencies and courts. Re -make America brilliant!”
Four Democrats requested that Trump’s administration would return Abrego Garcia to the United States, claiming that his deportation was a “constitutional crisis”.

“While Donald Trump continues to defy the Supreme Court, Kilmar Abrego Garcia is kept illegally in El Salvador after being wrongly deported,” Garcia said. “That is why we are here – reminding the American people who abducts immigrants and deport them without a duty to do not how we do things in America. We demand that Trump administration adhered to the Supreme Court’s decision and give Kilmar and other migrants who have been sent to El Salvador in the United States.”
“Donald Trump and his administration manage the abduction program funded by the Government-Elegal arrest, prison and deportation of innocent people with zero procedure. Kilmar Abrago Garcia is Trump’s last victim,” Frost said. “As members of the congress, it is our responsibility that the president and administration be responsible for defiance of the Constitution of the United States. Donald Trump and Ice are not above the law. Today it is Kilmar, but tomorrow it could be anyone else. We cannot and will not allow Donald Trump to get out with that.”

“My parents fled the authoritarian regime in Iran, where people” disappeared ” – I refuse to sit down and watch it happen here. Supreme Court’s judgment are deeply disturbing. We should all be appalled by this treatment by the United States Government, “Ansari said.
“What happened to Kilmar Abreg Garcia is not just a nightmare of one family – it’s a constitutional crisis that should outrage each of us,” Dexter said. “We will not rest as the procedure is rejected, and our constitutional rights are neglected.”
Trump’s administration deported Abrego Garcia, 29, in El Salvador in what he described in the court priests as “Administrative Error”, And since then, he said that on El Salvador, if Abrego Garcia was returning to the United States in the meantime, the Federal Court and the Supreme Court sent Trump’s administration to coordinate the return of Abreg Garcia so an appropriate debate for deportation could occur.
AND Ministry of Justice Discovered documents on Wednesday, which describes in detail the accusations of domestic violence that the wife of Abrega Garcia, Jennifer Vasquez, were included in the 2021 court submission. Vasquez claimed to the submission that Abrego Garcia had beaten her and had the documentation of the bruises he had left on her.

In addition, a report on the 20022 Homeland Security Investigation report, which received the Fox News claims, claims that Abrego Garcia suspected he had participated in the work and trade of people. The report states that a highway patrol soldier in Tennessee withdrew Abbrego Garcia in 2022 after he turned away. The patrol police officer found eight more people in the car from Abrego Garcia, who had just started driving three days before.
The police officer originally believed that the incident was qualified as a case of trafficking in people because no luggage was found in the car, but the official eventually wrote only Abrego Garcia to ride with the expiration of the permit.
