A 24-year-old iligrant immigrant from Venezuela was arrested Perrysburg, Ohio, After allegedly enrolled in public high school using fake documents.

School officials said the guardians contacted the school on May 14 to report that they received information indicating Labrador Sierra is not a minor, but instead a 24-year-old man.
Labrador Sierra allegedly denied the allegation when the district administrators met with him on May 15th.
“Considering the seriousness of the request, Perrysburg school immediately instructed the guards to keep Labrador in the school property, while the matter was further explored,” the school said. “This case includes very unusual and deceptive circumstances that have affected many local, state and federal agencies.”

“The school district examined his actions regarding enrollment and is convinced that the appropriate legal channels have been followed to support the individual, which presents himself as a minor unaccompanied, as written in the McKinney-Nonto Assistant Assistance Act,” the district added. “We appreciate our close partnership with the Perrysburg Police Department and the fast actions taken.”
The school also updated the statement, saying that Labrador Sierra was a member of football and swimming teams of Junior Varsity, adding that the situation was reported to Ohio High School Athletic Association.
Labrador Sierra was eventually taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon during stopping stops at Interstate 75.
The Homeland Security Department (DHS) told Fox News that they found information to Labrador Sierra under another spelling of his name. They added that Labrador Sierra Visa was an excessive one that first came to the United States in 2019. DHS also confirmed that Labrador had received TPS.
