Two family members are charged with a conspiracy of support a Mexican cartel labeled as a terrorist organization.
Maxwell Sterling Jensen (25) and James Lael Jensen, 68, both of Sandy, Utah, were charged With a conspiracy that it materially supports Mexican cartel marked as a terrorist organization and a conspiracy for committing money laundering, as well as related charges of smuggling. If they declare themselves guilty, men could face more than 20 years in prison.
