US President Donald Trump has said that he will impose an additional 10 percent tariff on import from China and will be ahead of Levis in Mexico and Canada from March 4.
Trump wrote on the truth on Thursday, “the proposed tariffs will be determined to be in effect on March 4th, will actually be effective as determined,”
The President shut down the proposed tariffs in Mexico and Canada earlier this month, they recovered a month long in the United States’s two largest trading partners in the United States.
However, in his post on Thursday, Trump claimed that “drugs are still in our country at very high and unacceptable level from Mexico and Canada”.
Washington will also hit China with an additional 5 percent tariff on March 7, adding that his mutual tariff plan will still move forward according to the plan on April 2.
“China will be charged an additional 10% tariff on that date. The date of the second mutual tariff of April will be fully effective and effective, “Trump wrote.
Trump’s comment is a clear opposite from the comments he made on Wednesday, when he said that Levis in Canada and Mexico would be in effect on April 2, with a suggestion of possible delay.
