US Supreme Court temporarily prevented Donald Trump from using Venezuela’s immigrants to exile a group of less than the 18th century to use the law
The country’s Supreme Court on Saturday said that “the government was ordered not to remove any member of the United States from the United States until further order of this court.”
The Trump administration is trying to remove the alleged members of a Venezuela gang using the aliens enemy law of 1798, which was the latest call to Intern non-US citizens of Italian, German and Japanese descent during World War II.
