US Chief Justice John Roberts said on Tuesday that Donald Trump’s threat to the federal judges’ disagreement was “not appropriate response” for their judgment.

“For more than two centuries, it has been established that it is not a proper response to the disagreement regarding judicial decisions,” Roberts said in a statement. “The general appeal review process exists for that purpose.”

Immediately after the Chief Justice’s intervention, the US President condemned a federal judge who tried to prevent El Salvador’s deportation of members of Venezuela’s gang.

“This judge, like many crooked judges ” I have been forced to appear earlier, he should be cursed !!!” Trump wrote true social.

Trump also added: “Barack Hussein Obama is a judge’s basic left mad, he was not elected president – he was not elected president – he could not win the popular vote (by many!).”

The rare public reproach from the most senior judge of the United States top court emphasizes the mounting tensions between the Trump administration and the government’s judicial branch.

Federal judges have launched a number of temporary controls against Trump’s move against everything from immigration to government workers.

This is a developing story
