The United States and Ukraine are expected to sign a framework mineral agreement after a progress of controversial discussions on Wednesday.

This deal viewed by the Financial Times is the United States and UkraineBy developing Kiev’s natural resources and creating a joint investment fund, “among other objectives, Ukraine will try to create the necessary conditions to increase investment in energy and related technologies”.
