US Ambassador Steve Witcoof and Iran’s top diplomat have begun the second round of negotiations because the Trump administration pressures the Islamic Republic to agree to an agreement against its nuclear progress.
Saturday’s discussion in Rome between Witcoof and Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Aragachi is important to end a year between Washington and Tehran, which has risked the next Middle East conflict.
According to the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Oman medied among the long -time opponents at the ambassador’s residence in Rome, where two delegates discussed separate rooms.

Iran has expanded its enrichment program since the withdrawal of the first term from the Tehran nuclear deal, signed with the Tehran Obama administration, European power, Russia and China in the 21st.
