The Sheriff’s Office in Novi Mexico defends his decision not to arrest two young boys, at the age of 7 and 9, seen in the shots of drones in armed standby with MPs.
The video posted on Thursday by Bernalillo District Sheriff (BCSO) shows two boys dressed in pajamas with the theme of Minecraft and Star Wars, behind the covered air conditioner and wearing a filled gun.

“This case illustrates a complex intersection of juvenile crime, mental health and public security,” Sheriff John Allen said in a statement. “We take important steps to close the gaps in services and expand our ability to work with minors involved in firearms or violent crimes.”
