President Donald Trump He accused Harvard University of “very slow” to transfer information about foreign students.
“We are still waiting for foreign students from Harvard so that we can determine, after a funny expense of billions of dollars, how many radicalized lunations, a problem creator, should not be released to our country,” Trump wrote about Social Monday.
“Harvard is very slow in presenting these documents and probably for a good reason!” Trump wrote. “The best that Harvard goes for is that they bought and found the absolutely best judge (for them!) – but no fear, the government will eventually win!”

In a separate post, Trump added on Monday: “I’m thinking of taking three billion dollars of money from a grant from a very anti -Semitic Harvard and giving it to trade schools across our country.”
“What a great investment would be for now, and so badly necessary !!!” He wrote.
Fox News Digital addressed Harvard for comment.

In a letter on Thursday, Homeland Security Department Secretary Kristi Noem informed Harvard’s leadership that the University lost his “privilege” of enrollment of foreign students as a result of “rejection of the institution to fulfill more demands for the Homeland Security Department to provide appropriate information, and adherence to the insecure environment of the campus that was launched,” politically, promotes, and employed.
“This action should not surprise you and is an unhappy result of Harvard’s failure to comply with simple reporting requirements,” Noem wrote.

Noem said she had asked for records related to “non -Harvard” non -Harvard non -reported students, including information on misconduct and other misdemeanors that would make foreign students unacceptable or removable, “April 16.
The Harvard lawyer replied twice, but both answers were not sufficient, the letter said.
Trump says foreign Harvard students from countries paying “nothing” for their education
“The consequences must follow that they send a clear signal to Harvard and all universities who want to enjoy the privilege of enrollment in foreign students, that Trump’s administration will implement the law and use the evil anti -American and anti -Semitism in society and campuses,” Noem wrote.
Records requested to include all audio or video recordings in the possession of Harvard regarding other students or university staff, “denying the rights” of other classmates or university staff, and “dangerous or violent activities, either on campus or out of campus”, by students enrolled in Harvard in the last five years. Noem also requires all disciplinary records and audio or video recordings of any protest activity involving immigrant students.

The letter gave Harvard another 72 hours to adhere to and send the requested information to recapture his confirmation, but instead, Harvard filed a lawsuit at the US District Court in Massachusetts early on Friday.
In his court, Harvard said that the recall affects more than 7,000 visas owners – more than a quarter of his student body – and “is an obvious violation of the first amendment, the procedure clause and the Administrative Procedure Act.”
“It is the latest act of the Government in a clear retaliation for Harvard, who exercised his rights of the first amendment to reject the Government’s requests to control the management, the Harvard Curriculum, and the” ideology “of his faculties and students,” the lawsuit said.

Burroughs placed another hearing at 9:30 am at the Boston Federal Court on Tuesday.
