Donald Trump said he was “disappointed” with Vladimir Putin to discuss ceasefire with Ukraine, when no agreement was made, but the US president threatened Russian oil buyers’ secondary tariffs.
Trump’s comments on Sunday expressed disappointment with the Russian President as the Ukraine’s war settled continued without clear progress.
