On Thursday, the US Appeals Court for the Federal Circle allowed Tariff Trump to temporarily remain in force, just the day before the US. International Trade Court Wednesday ruled that Trump exceeded his power over the tariffs under the International Economic Power Law for Emergency Cases (IEPHA).
Trump has been on the truth, Trump wrote that the US court for international trade “incredibly” ruled against “desperately needed” tariffs, but the order remained the federal court.
“Where do these initial three judges come from? How is it possible that they potentially did such damage to the United States of America?” The Republican post read. “Is that pure hatred of” Trump? “What other reason could you be?”

Trump was aiming at the time Leonard Leo, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federalist Society. Trump said he used a conservative legal organization to choose judges when he was “new in Washington”.
“It is suggested that I use the federalist society as a recommended source of judges,” Trump wrote.
“I did it, openly and freely, but then I realized that they were under the thumb of the right” Sleazebag “named Leonard Leo, a bad person who probably hates America in his own way and obviously has his separate ambitions.”
Trump added that he was “so disappointed” in the federalist society “because of the bad advice given to me by numerous court nominations.”

“It’s something that can’t be forgotten!” The Republican said. “With all this, I am very proud of many of our types, but very disappointed with others. They always have to do what is right for the country!”
The president then rounded off his long post, inviting his attention to his underway tariffs, which he claimed would lead to a “rich, prosperous and successful United States.”
“The verdict of the US Court of International Trade is so wrong and so political!” Said Trump. “We hope that the Supreme Court will reverse this terrible, threatening decision, quickly and determined.”
