The federal judge blocked the president Donald Trump From the dismantling of the Ministry of Education on Thursday, it has ruled that it cannot be done without the approval of the congress.

“The defendants recognize, as they must, that the department cannot be closed without the approval of the Congress, but at the same time claim that their legislative goals (obtaining the Congress of Congresses to exclude departments) are different from their administrative goals (improvement efficiency). Nothing in the record supports these contradictory positions,” his rule.
