A 17-year-old TikToker from Florida who posted videos of himself racing his precious BMW sports car crashed into the back of a small SUV three years ago at more than 150 mph – killing six farm workers leaving their shift.
Hit in Palm Beach County was one of the deadliest road traffic incidents in the district, according to local reports.
On Monday, Noah Galle, now 20, reached a plea deal with prosecutors in which he was sentenced to 12 1/2 years in prison after pleading guilty to six counts of vehicular homicide.
Galle, the son of prominent local attorney Craig Galle, prepared a statement of remorse that his defense attorney, Liz Parker, a former traffic homicide prosecutor, read, according to The Palm Beach Post.

The plea deal means Galle avoided a trial where he could have been sentenced to a minimum of 55 years or a maximum of 90 years in prison, although courts almost never impose consecutive sentences on each count unless the defendant has a significant prior criminal record, said a spokesman for the chief assistant state attorney general’s office. by West Palm Beach attorney Al Johnson for Fox News Digital.
Johnson said the deal was fair and had the support of victims’ families.
“This is a significant sentence. What is the right sentence in a tragic case like this?” Johnson told Fox News Digital via statement.
“No amount of time in jail will bring the victims back to their families. The families have written to us saying they don’t oppose the plea. Some of them didn’t want him to go to jail at all. One wanted him to drop the case entirely.”

Johnson said it was significant that Calle was 17 when the crime was committed and had no involvement with the law.
“We think this is an appropriate solution.”
According to prosecutors, Galle drove his BMW M5 at a breakneck speed of 151 mph on State Route 7 near Delray Beach when on January 27, 2022, around 11 p.m., he crashed into an SUV in which there were six people. The speed limit on that road is 55 km/h.
The SUV veered into the median and overturned several times. Five of the six were killed immediately, and the sixth died later.

The driver of the SUV, Mirlane Julceus, 45, died in the accident, as did her passengers: Michel Louis Saint, 77, Marie Michelle Louis, 60, Remzie Michel, 53, Filaine Dieu, 46, and Vanice Percina, 29.
The six victims were leaving the Pero family farm on State Route 7 near Atlantic Avenue at the time of the accident.
Galle did not comment as he left the courtroom, WPEC reports. He was accompanied by his father and his lawyers as he entered and left the court.

He will have to serve at least 85% of his prison sentence, and the sentence will be followed by seven years of probation, according to WPEC. His driver’s license was also revoked for three years.
Galle agreed to surrender on February 3.
As part of his sentence, Galle must post a video on social media sharing his story and advocating the importance of safe driving, according to The Palm Beach Post. He must also complete 800 hours of community service, complete a 12-hour driving course and attend a panel where crash victims share their stories about how their injuries have affected their lives.
