British Prime Minister Sir Care Starmar accepted Volodimir Zelnsky in the action of Downing Street when trying to encourage the Ukrainian president after an explosive battle with Donald Trump.
Starmar spoke on the phone with Trump and Jensky after Friday’s boost at the Oval Office, and according to people notified about the conversation, the United States has been called to resume their discussions as the United States finalized an agreement to share some of the mineral resources in Ukraine.
On Saturday, Starmar showed a public support to Zelanskia, who welcomed the public while arriving at Downing Street, told him that he had received “full support” in the UK.
“You heard that people in the UK came out to show you how much they support you and we are absolutely determined to stand with you,” said Starma’s personal discussion before.
The reception at Downing Street was opposite his adverse battle with Trump the previous day at the White House. Meet King Charles on Sunday told Ukrainian President Starmar that “we count your support”.
Starmers will host five European leaders in London on Sunday to provide military and financial support rally in Ukrainian military and financial support, including helping to protect peace with Russia.
According to European diplomats, the British Prime Minister, who has already proposed to keep British troops on the ground in Ukraine, hopes European diplomats say.
British officials said that at Saturday’s meeting, Starmar would affect Zelnsky that he first had to spread relations with Trump and no peace would last until the US guaranteed, British officials said.
“The priority of the Prime Minister is to do whatever it takes to protect Ukraine,” said a friend of Starmer. “That means it has to be involved in the United States. You have to fix that relationship and return to the mineral contract. “
France also offered soldiers to help protect Ukraine peace; Starmar and French President Emanuel Macron will use Sunday’s meeting to try to give more muscular European reactions.
A British official suggested that the time came that other European leaders kept their money in their faces: “Ukraine is now needed guns and butter. It doesn’t need to tweet and give a virtue signal. “
Starrs want Europe to put Ukraine in a tight position to negotiate with Russia – to armed Kiev and create an effective plan to protect any peace agreement in Moscow.
The British Prime Minister had a warm discussion with Trump at the White House on Thursday, just 24 hours before the clash with Jensky, a fierce US president and vice-president JD Vans.
British officials do not believe Starmer’s efforts are in vain or the US president has played in any way. One said: “Our relationship with the President is better than the beginning of the week and it is important.
“What happened to the Oval Office at the Prime Minister and the Macron White House went to the White House that made it more important than ever.
“Ukraine needs guarantee of weapons, food, long -term peace and protection. And they need the United States for that. People can tweet what they like but no other plans. “
Another British official said: “The Prime Minister will combine the people and humblely confirmed that they realized that there was only one discussion in the city – and this was President Trump.”
At the Downing Street Sunday summit, Olaf Sholz, Germany, Georgia Meloni, Italy, and the Donald Task of Poland, as well as European Commission President Ursula von Der Laneen and NATO Secretary-General Mark Rotts.
The summit will be held at the 19th century Mansion Lancaster House near Buckingham Palace, central London. Starma will also call with the leaders of the three Baltic states.
A French official said last week that the initial indication was that the UK and France would supply the largest team to any after-trusa stable force, but there may be offers from Baltic State and probably some Sweden.
Germany and Poland, which both support Ukraine, are among the countries that have not yet proposed sending troops to a warless country to help protect any peace agreement.
