It appears that Ambassador Seth Moulton, D-Mass. transgender athletes In women’s sports, but his critics are not giving up.

Moulton initially made his comments lambasting his party’s stance on transgender inclusion in a New York Times op-ed on Nov. 7, just two days after the election, then repeatedly doubled down on that stance amid backlash from those within his own party.

Salem City Councilman Kyle Davis, who organized the rallies, previously told Fox News Digital that there is a sizable Democratic contingent in Massachusetts planning a 2026 Moulton primary.
Although Moulton has publicly rejected supporting transgender inclusion for women and girls, he still voted against legislation that would have helped him fight last week.
Moulton joined 206 Democratic representatives who voted against protecting women and girls in the sports bill on Jan. 14. Moulton previously co-sponsored the Equality Act and the Transgender Bill of Rights, both of which would have allowed transgender athletes to compete in women’s sports.
