Rubio clashes with Rep. Sherman over Saudi Arabia, Iran at Foreign Affairs hearing


State Secretary Marco Rubio He clashed with Ambassador Brad Sherman during a hearing on Wednesday, saying to the California Democrat that “this is not the game of the game” when Sherman asked to answer the questions with “yes” or “no”.

But Sherman interrupted Rubio, stating that time was coming back.

“Well, regain your time. But it’s not a game show,” Rubio said. “I have to answer. These are complex questions.”

“Mr. Secretary, I’m going back to my time,” Sherman said. “Filibustering takes place in Senate. It’s not here.”

“I’m not Philibustering. I’m trying to answer your question, “Rubio replied.

Sherman then moved on to his next question, asking the question of whether Rubio could convince Congress that Trump’s administration would continue sanctions on Iran As long as they do not agree to leave all nuclear enrichment.

“It’s a matter of or not,” Sherman told Rubio.

Rubio replied, “No, not.”

“We believe that Iran should not be allowed to enrich the urine, right,” Rubio replied.

“You believe that?” Sherman asked.

“We believe that an acceptable agreement with Iran is the one in which they are cannot enrichBecause if I can get rich, I can arrest myself, “Rubio said.

“I know why we don’t want to – I asked you if we would agree, whether we would continue to sanctions as long as those verification disagreed to get rid of enrichment.”

“Your refusal to give me the answer is loud and clear,” Sherman interjected before shouting over Rubio that he had regained his time.

During the hearing, Rubio claimed that all the actions taken by the Government must have measurable outcomes for the American people, especially making the land safer, stronger or more prosperous.
