Renault and Nissan said on Monday they changed their companionship to allow a reduction in their cross-sharehandings and other steps that help with the panic in the Japanese carmaker.
New Agreement will allow shipment to reduce their current 15 percent cross-sharehanding at 10 percent.
The Renault 51 percent of Nissan will also obtain their united city of Chennai in India, which will claim to nissan vehicles.

The two carmakers were partners since 1999 when Renault saved Nissan from bankruptcy. But many tensions emerged, especially for Renault’s grip of Nissan, and at 2023 the carmakers worked to change their alliance.
