“We take these allegations with the greatest serious and unequivocally deny them. The allegations contained in the appeal are categorically false and reckless,” said Michael Balascio. “Mr. Williamson and the prosecutor never came out, but they held a consensual, casual relationship that began more than six years ago, when he was 18 years ago. That relationship ended a few years ago. At no point in or just after that relationship, the prosecutor caused any concern. Only after the friendship ended did it begin to claim millions of dollars.”
According to Balascio, Williamson reported on “attempts to extort” the implementation of the law.
“We understand that an arrest warrant has been issued on this report, and we are ready to provide the Court documentation that supports these facts. Mr Williamson also intends to submit a counterbalance and seek significant damage to this defamation lawsuit. Although these allegations are false, we will recognize seriously and fully expose ourselves to the court.
