Palestinian flag to fly above New England capital’s city hall


Providence, Rhode Island, officials accepted a flight request Palestinian Flag on Friday at the City Hall in the State capital.

Council President Rachel Miller will display the flag during a meeting of the City Council on Thursday and then outside the City Hall on Friday.
