OpenAI boss Sam Altman denies sexual abuse allegations made by sister

OpenAI founder Sam Altman’s older sister, Ann Altman, has filed a lawsuit alleging frequent sexual harassment between 1997 and 2006.

The lawsuit, which was filed on January 6 in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, alleges the abuse began when she was three years old and Altman was 12 years old.

In the context of Xand his mother and two brothers, Altman denied the claims, saying that “all these allegations are false.”

“Caring for a family member who is dealing with mental health issues is very difficult,” she said.

“This is very painful for our whole family.”

In the files, which have been seen by the BBC, Mr Altman said the abuse, which took place over many years, included rape.

The lawsuit added a final episode of alleged abuse that took place when Altman was an adult but still a child.

The lawsuit asked for a jury trial and damages in excess of $US75,000 ($60,100).

Ms Altman has made similar claims to her brother on social media like X.
