Police arrested the minovan driver on Monday after the authorities say he entered the crowd Liverpool, United KingdomFootball fans, injuring dozens celebrating the Premier League Championship in the city football team.

At least four children were injured. One of these children sustained serious injuries.
Firefighters who responded to the scene had to raise a van to three adults and one child, who were trapped under him. The van also hit a cycling paramedic at the scene, although the authorities said it did not satisfy the injuries.

The incident came after a big downtown celebration, where tens of thousands of dances, fans of waving scarf coupled wet time to lighten up the streets and watch Liverpool players show the Premier League trophy from the top of the two buses that wear “again ours.”
Rashid said AP -in that, after the van hit his initial victims, he stopped and the audience charged the vehicle, breaking the windows.

“But then he lowered his foot again and just walked through the others, he just continued,” Rashid said, claiming that the incident appeared intentionally. “It was terrible. And you could hear the bulges as he crossed the people.”

“My daughter started screaming and there were people on the ground,” he added. “They were just innocent people, only fans will enjoy the parade.”
