Former American lawyer Neam Rahmani told Fox News Digital that Erik and Kyle Menendez “are likely to be released in a few months,” adding that she does not expect a “Committee on Conditional Freedom or Governor News“Block their edition.

Jesic stated that the original sentence of life without conditional discharge was appropriate, but given the change of state law that enabled replacement, Jesic said: “They have done enough more than 35 years to get that opportunity.”

“I take full responsibility. I killed my parents. I decided to kill my mom and my dad in their own home.”
“I decided to collapse on the judicial system. I don’t offer an excuse and do not blame my parents,” he said.
“I was impulsive and immature and bothered my own emotions and anger. I was scared, but also filled with anger,” he continued. “If I had the skills of dealing and believed others, I would not have done it. Even after killing him (Jose), I still heard his voice.”
“I am deeply ashamed of what I did,” he said.
After his older brother addressed the court, Erik Menendez spokeexpressing his “deep sadness”.

“I fired all five rounds on my parents and returned to re -load. I lied to the police. I lied to my family. I’m honestly sorry,” he said.
“My actions were criminal, selfish and cowardly. I take full responsibility. I am honestly sorry. My parents should be alive. There can never be a lot of healing for my crime,” he continued. Geragos took the victory circle after the bomb that was judged to replace the killer brothers.

After the judge’s decision, District Attorney Hochman shared his response to the verdict and said that “justice should never be stuck with a spectacle.”
“The decision to replace Erika and Lyle Menendez was a monumental that has significant consequences on the family involved, the community and the principles of justice,” Hochman said in a statement. “The proposal of our office to withdraw the proposal for a replacement submitted by the previous administration ensured that the court be presented to all facts before making such a consequent decision.
“The case of the Menendez brothers has long been a publicity window to better understand the judicial system. This case, as well as all cases – especially those who enchant the public – must be observed with a critical eye. Our opposition and analysis ensured that the court received a complete and accurate record of facts. Justice should never be transferred to the spectacle.”

The brothers remain in prison, but now they are eligible for conditional freedom.
Both Lyle and Erik are already planning to appear before the Committee on June 13 as part of a comprehensive risk assessment report (CRA) California Governor Gavin News, who considers the brothers’ request – a separate potential path to freedom. Fox News are said to be unable to combine two types of hearing in conditional discharge.
The Conditional Freedom Committee is expected to submit their recommendation for grace in Newsum on a date in June.
