Former American lawyer Neam Rahmani told Fox News Digital that Erik and Kyle Menendez “are likely to be released in a few months,” adding that she does not expect a “Committee on Conditional Freedom or Governor News“Block their edition.

Rahmani noted that the resentment decision rests on whether the brothers “an unreasonable risk of committing another violent crime”, and he believes that the evidence greatly strives for their advantage.

Pointing to the judgment of Judge Jasica, Rahmani explained that, since the former District Prosecutor of the La George Gascon District, the new La da Nathan Hochman “could not withdraw it,” and the court could only deny it if the risk threshold was not fulfilled.

“That wasn’t the case,” he said, saying that “prison guards and other prisoners testified that they were exemplary prisoners.”

Judge Jesic presented it to the point while handing down the reduced penalties, saying that he had been thinking a lot about punishment, acknowledging “the terrible crimes committed by the brothers.”

Jesic stated that the original sentence of life without conditional discharge was appropriate, but given the change of state law that enabled replacement, Jesic said: “They have done enough more than 35 years to get that opportunity.”

Rahmani emphasized that such a wide support to the family of the family did everything just impossible for the current district prosecutor to destroy the proceedings.

“The bottom line is that there was too much support for the Menendez brothers, both inside and outside the courtroom, to prevent Hochman from resentment,” he said. It just shows strength Netflix series.

He added that “Menendez brothers were supposed to send Netflix and former La County District Da Gascon Nice cards in this holiday season.”

Freedom of the Menendez brothers could come from a surprising source. And this could be the following

The replacement hearing comes after the brothers submitted a request for Habeas Corpus in May 2023. Citing new evidence of a sex attack. Gascon recommended the replacement of the brothers to 25 years of life for each first -degree murder point, so it is a total of 50 years for each brother. Because of her age at the time of murder, that sentence would make the conditions for conditional freedom. Gascon quoted a “deeper understanding of complexity over sexual violence” and “Erik and Lyle’s continuous rehabilitation efforts”.

During the morning session on Tuesday, three members of the Menendez family were invited to the detention booth to try to convince the judge that the brothers had shown remorse and that they were rehabilitated.

“I never thought we would stand here two years later after 35 years with this wonderful family that I grew up as my own family,” Geragos said. “And now we see the pot at the end of the long, so to speak.”

After the judge’s decision, District Attorney Hochman shared his response to the verdict and said that “justice should never be stuck with a spectacle.”

“The decision to replace Erika and Lyle Menendez was a monumental that has significant consequences on the family involved, the community and the principles of justice,” Hochman said in a statement. “The proposal of our office to withdraw the proposal for a replacement submitted by the previous administration ensured that the court be presented to all facts before making such a consequent decision.

“The case of the Menendez brothers has long been a publicity window to better understand the judicial system. This case, as well as all cases – especially those who enchant the public – must be observed with a critical eye. Our opposition and analysis ensured that the court received a complete and accurate record of facts. Justice should never be transferred to the spectacle.”
