The unidentified 16-year-old boy arrested the Laurel Police Directorate last week after receiving multiple breakdown reports on May 4th.

Two teenagers were identified as a suspect, Hamill said, adding that he would be expected to be arrested soon.
“People should be responsible for that,” he said.
The night after the teenager was released, there were a report on 17 car breaks, Hamill said, though he stopped blaming them suspects.
