Kathie Lee Gifford weighed the exodus of Hollywood celebrities.
In 2019, a 71-year-old former TV presenter moved from Greenwich, Connecticut, Frankin, Tennessee, after leaving the morning show “Today”, which films in New York.
During the Fox News Digital interview, Gifford shared her thoughts about what encouraged an increasing number of stars to accept simpler lives in more rural parts of the country.
“They had others, and that was not fulfilled,” the Q50 Ambassador told the QVC on the red carpet on the QVC day’s Tiktok Super Marki in Santa Monica, California.

“You get a lot of money and you notice that they get a lot of money, they can move somewhere where they can have a different type of lifestyle,” Gifford continued. “They can afford it.”
“I have a little farm in Tennessee, as well as my home, and I live in addition to big, big, big stars that have 15,000 hectares,” she added. “I have 10 little hectares. I’m so happy.”

Before moving to Franklin, Gifford lived in Greenwich for more than a decade, where she raised her two children, Cody, 35, and Cassidy, 31, and stayed side by side of her husband of almost 30 years, NFL’s legend Frank Gifford, until he died in August 2015 at the age of 84.

Gifford recalled that her circumstances had changed after her children left her home and lost her husband. She told the socket that her home no longer felt like a safe haven for her, and all she had left was her empty house.

While Gifford is living full time in Franklin, she told Fox News Digital to still own her house in Greenwich. “Baxters” actress He explained that her son Cody and his wife Erika, whom he married in 2020, currently live in the house. “My son is smart,” Gifford said. “He moved in with his wife. In fact, they were not married even then, but they moved into my house. My daughter lives near me in Tennessee, and she will soon drink with her other baby, and she married a wonderful guy.”
“I know I had a great sadness in my life when I lost someone I really love. But I know I’ll see him again. I know exactly where they are.”
Gifford spoke with Fox News Digital as he attended the QVC day’s Tictok Super brand in Santa Monica’s Post Office at the Post Office in Santa Monica, California. The event celebrated the second year of QVC platform “Age capabilities” that is directed towards women over 50 years of age.
