“The Malica was sentenced in the 18th court district in Colorado and was sentenced to conditional and joint service,” Ice spokesman told Fox News. “As part of its routine operations, Ice arises aliens who commit crimes and other individuals who have violated the laws of the immigration of our country. All aliens, violating the American Law on Immigration, may be subject to arrest, detention and, if they are removed by the final command, removal from the United States, regardless of citizenship.”

Weaver died after sitting in her vehicle on a stopping sign and a teenage vehicle at Weaver at the intersection. He was in a jeep with other minors who raced in a residential neighborhood at a speed of up to 90 mph, the authorities said.
