Judge of Idah said on Wednesday that “probably” someone was related to the police or the prosecution violated the order after “sensitive information” aired during the TV episode of Bryan Kohberger case in May.

On May 9, a TV episode was aired on the Bryan Kohberger case, which contained new cell phone records, search records, videos and more. Kohberger is Accused of murder Kernoe Goncalves,

The new information divided during the Dateline episode included videos on supervision from a nearby house showing a car similar to Bryan Kohberger, which was in the King Road Road House area several times before four students were killed. The episode also claimed that the FBI of the FBI mobile phone tower showed that Kohberger’s mobile phone had run almost a dozen times to the tower that ensured the coverage of the area within 100 feet of 1122 King Road, where four students of the University of Idah were killed.

On Thursday afternoon, Judge Steven Hippler said that the order of the passage of the court was “probably” violated by someone who was related to the police or prosecutor’s team at one point.

Hippler ordered everyone who worked with the police and prosecutor in this case to retain all the communications and information related to the murder investigation.

The judge also ordered the prosecutors to hand over the list, on the camera, all individuals within the implementation of the law and prosecutor’s office agencies that have access to information that is divided during the episode, giving them a seven -day deadline.
