Heather Rae El Moussa he will not be ashamed of his mother.
The HGTV star (37) is married to Tarek El Moussa, and the couple has a son, one-year-old Tristan. She is also the stepmother of the two children she shares with her ex-husband Christina Hall – Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9.
On Christmas Eve, El Moussa shared a series of photos of herself with Tarek, Tristan and Brayden, as well as a number of other people at what appeared to be a holiday party. In the photos, she wore a revealing red dress made mostly of netting and lace.

She received several positive comments about her look, with many telling her the dress was beautiful.
“I want to look like Heather when I grow up! She’s so beautiful!” one person wrote.

Another comment read: “So glad you’re wearing that dress. This is what taking care of your body and working hard looks like.”
Others were more critical. Some commentators criticized her for wearing a lavish dress now that she has become a mother.

“The dress looks more for the bedroom!” one person commented, along with a crying emoticon.
“A dress? Really like a mother of a little boy!” another person wrote.
Another comment read: “The dress is not appropriate. Yours [sic] now mother,” to which El Moussa shot back.
“So, because I’m a mother, I can’t wear a nice dress that makes me feel pretty?” she wrote, by People. “What does that have to do with anything? I’m still human and my name is heather, I’m not just a mother. Choose joy.”

She also took a screenshot of the exchange and posted it on her Instagram story, adding the text: “Comments like this make me laugh. I’m not even offended by the rudeness of others anymore. I choose to spread joy, not hate.”

As well as commenting on her dress, someone commented on her resemblance to Hall, writing: “She looks just like Christine he has a guy.”
She jokingly replied: “Her name is Christina. Most people have their own type…”, adding a smiling emoji.

In September, she spoke to Fox News Digital about her and Tarek’s relationship with Hall following the former couple’s split in 2016. They teamed up with Hall to film the upcoming HGTV show “The Flip Off,” premiering in January.

“I feel like we’ve all come a long way,” she said. “We’ve been together for 5 and a half years, married for almost three. And everyone’s in a really good place right now. And we’re having a really good time filming the series and competing against each other.”
Heather admitted that the show was “stressful at times” but noted that filming was fun. – We laugh a lot, and we’re going to shake her off.

“Selling Sunset” star and Tarek mostly film together, but sometimes film with Christina, which was “very competitive,” according to the “Flipping 101” star.

“I think people are really excited about ‘The Flip Off’ because, obviously, the exes are working together again after being on ‘Flip or Flop’ for so long,” Heather noted. “It was like a fun, friendly competition.”
