Franklin Graham, President of the Billy Graham Evangelical Association and Samaritan’s purse, met on Wednesday Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Berlin.
During their meeting, Graham offered prayers for Zelenskyy, Russian President Vladimir Putin and President Donald Trumpseeking divine leadership for the journey to peace in the Liquid War of Russia-Ukraine.
“Today I had a privilege to meet with President Zelenskyy and prayer with him,” Graham divided by social media. “I prayed for President Putin, I prayed for him [Zelenskyy]And I prayed for President Trump – that God gave them wisdom and that God would give them a way forward for peace. “

The meeting coincided with the European Congress on Evangelization, where Graham addressed over 1,000 Christian leaders out of 55 countries.
He emphasized complexity Warciting, “This is very difficult and I believe that only God can handle it.”
Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for the humanitarian aid provided by the Samaritan pouch, including support of Ukrainian children, displaced individuals and medical institutions.
“We are very grateful for the strong support of the American people, the White House and President Trump,” Zelenskyy said. “Thank you for prayers and helping people.”
The meeting was held against the background of the increased Russian military action in Ukraine.

Recent reports indicate escaping Russian air and earth attacks, with increased use of drones of both sides. Germany has announced plans to help Ukraine in the production of long -term missiles, which marked significant deepening support for the Ukrainian defense industry.
Zelenskyy suggested a trilateral summit involving Trump And Putin to negotiate the termination of hostilities.
Graham’s visit coincided with the European Congress on Evangelization Maintenance in Berlin the first time after 25 years.
From Ukraine to UK and Sweden to Spain, over 1,000 shepherds and the leaders of the ministry from all over Europe came to a city where Billy Graham once preached that he declared that they were “relentless of the Gospel”, echoing the words of Romans 1:16.

“There was no such gathering from the Congress of the Evangelical Association of Billy Graham in Amsterdam in 2000,” Graham said. “What a moment for Europe and what time it bravely declares Christ.”
Congress denotes the return of the roots of BGEA -the global evangelical mission.
1966 Billy Graham held the First World Congress on Evangelization in Berlin, proclaiming the city platform to reach the world with a message of salvation.
More than 20 speakers from 13 countries contribute to the 2025 Congress, which was the worship of the winner of Grammy Michael W. Smith, Charity Gayle and top Christian artists from all over Europe. The event is translated into 10 languages.

Marc van de Wouwer, a Belgian evangelist and a retired federal investigator, was reflected in his experience at the Amsterdam 2000 Congress.
“There were very few evangelists in Belgium at the time,” he said. “That event has prevailed my passion, and now I’m going back to help invest in the next generation.”
