The FBI offers a $ 10,000 reward for information leading to re -collecting former Police Chief in Arkansas serving for time murder and rape – Called “Devil in Ozarksa” – which fled the afternoon on May 25th.

Champion said the public should assume that Hardin is a “very dangerous individual”, and there is a risk that he can commit more crimes while on the run.
