Carrington responded to an incident in the Post on Friday, suggesting that calling for safety is “microadrigation”.
“Safety … when I literally run civil conversations is crazy. Keep in mind, he called” security “there …” Carrington wrote via a clip of an incident with a missed hashtag “microaggression”.

“We see that some policies are already embarking on action, and of course, it means that, as a WNBA and being at the forefront of many of these movements, it’s time to take action,” Carrington said.
“It definitely needs to happen as women, and women’s rights are taken away. Like, LGBTQ rights have now been taken away. They haven’t happened yet, but definitely in deeds.”
