“I think it’s great for our game,” Staley said. “It’s a sport. Treat us as a sport. … This happens in every sport – football, basketball, football … so let it be.”
Staley added that she believed that the game officers had made a real call.
“I will take the lead Angel and Caitlin, which is the leadership that they said it was an offense. Officials correct it, and we’re going on.” Said Staley.
