It’s been 72 hours since the former Arkansas police chief who served in prison for decades for murder and rape escaped from prison Sunday afternoon.

“From this point, they are still very sure that he is in the area,” Champion said.
Champion said the public should assume that Hardin is a “very dangerous individual”, and there is a risk that he can commit more crimes while on the run.
