Couple mistaken for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez creates confusion at Cannes

Jeff Bezos And Lauren Sánchez made a spray at the Cannes Film Festival Red carpet – but things were not completely as they looked.

The couple, which shares an unusual resemblance to the famous businessman and his soon his wife, turned his head as he walked the red carpet on Thursday at the Dossier 137 premiere on Thursday.

An unknown woman posed for photos as she walked on the red carpet in a black and white dress without floral designs at the top that switched to a full black skirt.

The gentleman wore a black tuxedo and a tie. Each also wore dark sunglasses, further concealing their true identity.

Although the two are not really Sánchez and Semos, the famous couple is expected to attend the film festival, as the Sánchez will receive the Global Global Githarity gift award.

The Foundation announced its decision to pay tribute to Sánchez on Instagram, calling it a “strong voice for women around the world” whose numerous features are, including its “strength, vision and compassion for uplifting and inspiration.”

“Through its leadership, it opens the door for others to rise,” the post writes. “Whether he is advocating for climate justice with the Bezos Earth Fund or to create safe, dignified spaces for families through that he speaks of humanity, Lauren leads with the intention and brings others with him.”

Sánchez was recently in news as part Flight crew with a woman New Shepard Mission of Blue Origin. During a 10-minute mission of 21 seconds, women traveled more than 62 miles above the ground, crossing the internationally recognized limit of space and experiencing a few minutes of zero gravity.

“I came back to Earth … but something is still worse in me,” Sánchez wrote on Instagram after a space flight. “There is silence in the universe that somehow made everything feel lively. I looked at our planet and felt how fragile and beautiful it was. And how deeply we are.”

After the mission, many celebrities shared their opinion on the decision to go through it, with some questions whether it was a good use of resources.

Actress Olivia wanted Shared Meme Perry descending from the spaceship, writing, “I suppose billion dollars bought some good meme.”

In response to a return reactionSánchez explained that “she was really fired” when he saw the comments.

“I would like them to come to blue origin and see thousands of employees who do not only work here, but insert their heart and soul into this vehicle,” she said. “They love their work and love the mission and that is their big deal.”

“Well, when we hear such comments, I just say, ‘Believe me. Come with me. I’ll show you what it’s about, and that’s, it’s really an opening eye, “she added.
