Convicted rapist charged with attempted murder after NYC mother left in coma


A man who was free for conditional freedom after spending more than a decade behind the rape bars was arrested on Friday on suspicion of winning a New York woman.

Miguel Jiraud, 30, is charged with Attempted murder for allegedly attacking 44-year-old Diana Agudelo, a single mother of two, while driving her electric bicycle on Randall’s island on the way home in Queens, according to New York Post.

The alleged attack occurred on May 16 at about 11:30 pm, and Jiraud was accused of beat up Agudel, stole her bike and left her, according to Fox 5.

She allegedly had face fractures and crackled skull and ran to Elmhurst hospital, where she remained in a critical condition. It’s been in a coma since it was found.

Fox 5 reported that Agudel was driving his bicycle to IS to save money for the education of his children.

After leaving the courtroom, the ordained jiraud denied the beating of Agudela while he was placed in a police vehicle.

“I found her,” he told the journalist. “The evidence will speak for yourself. Do you want to see my hands? My hands are perfect.”

“I found her,” he repeated. “I stood there for an hour and went to work late. They didn’t say that.”

The journalist then faced his Confession for rape.

“And I didn’t do anything wrong because I was home,” he said. “Not a violation, not a traffic stop.”

NYPD did not immediately return the comment request.
