The Colorado School District sues the State Athletic Association and the Attorney General because of the state laws that require schools to allow a biological man transgender athletes To compete in maiden sports.

“Knowing that the approved policy will create opposition and potentially launch legal challenges, the D49 has filed a lawsuit before implementing in Colorado district in the Federal Court of the system, seeking declaration and manual assistance,” the school district said.
The lawsuit is targeted in Colorado Gymnasium Association of Activities (Chsaa) and Lawyer General Philip J. Weiser and seeks the legal protection of his new policy for the protection of maiden sports.
The lawsuit does not come in response to a particular incident of a trans -a -carpet who competes in the district. Instead, it is a response to state policies that clash with the obligation of the school to comply with the Federal Law, especially the title IX.

Weiser’s office responded to a lawsuit in a statement provided by Fox News Digital.
“The Attorney General is dedicated to defend the Laws on Antdiscrimination in Colorado. The State Attorney’s Office does not have an additional comment on this liquid disputes,” the statement said.
Chsaa says she is aware of lawsuits, but has not yet been officially served, a spokesman for Fox News Digital.
“If an official notice is received, we will organize our team accordingly and continue through the appropriate legal channels,” the spokesman added.
The representative of the legal company Miller Farmer Carlson, who represented the D49, said the document was not delivered due to a lack of correspondence from Chsa.
“Chsaa Advisor, Alex Halpern, did not respond to our requests for quitting from the service. If he does not do so until tomorrow, then we will only continue and serve their registered agent,” said Brad Miller.
