Boulder terror attack suspect was illegal immigrant who overstayed visa

Soliman arrived in the US for the first time after landing at the Los Angeles International Airport on August 27, 2022, with a non-immigrant visa.

He was authorized to stay until February 2, 2023, but never left. September 9, 2022, submitted a request to US citizenship and immigration services.

On March 29, 2023, Soliman was approved to work, which was valid until March this year.

“In Boulder in Colorado, an illegal stranger committed a terrorist attack,” White house Deputy head of headquarters Stephen Miller wrote on X. “The Management Board of Biden received a tourist visa and then illegally overrated that visa. Soliman allegedly shouted “Slobodna Palestine” during the attack, which was near the Pearl Street County Court. Police responded to the area after receiving reports about a man with a weapon that lit people.

The FBI said six people, aged 67 to 88, were injured and taken to the hospital. One of these victims is thought to be in critical state.
