O’Conner continued to describe Steelers as a “perfect place” for Rodgers to finish his historical career.

“He knows it was a shame in New York in New York, and he’s the face of that shame,” O’Connor said. “Whether it’s fair or not, that’s the case. Maybe it’s me as an optimist, but I think this will succeed. I think Steelers will win the Super Bowl next year? No. But if you told me 11-6 with at least one playoff win … I think it’s realistic.”
