Ohio refers noncitizen voters and multi-state voting cases for prosecution

First on the fox: Ohio State Secretary referred to dozens of noncititizans and double voters For potentially persecution in eight countries and Washington, DC, Tuesday.

The official, Frank Larose, says his office has discovered evidence of 30 citizens who are not American who are registered to vote in Ohi. Also, the investigation was discovered by eleven individuals from Virginia, Arizona, Colorada, District Columbia, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland and South Carolina, who seemed to vote in multiple jurisdictions.

“We have to send a clear message that the electoral fraud will not be tolerated,” Larose said in a statement provided by Fox News Digital. “The only way to maintain a high standard of integrity of choice in Ohi is the implementation of the law whenever it is broken.”

The election integrity unit in Ohi conducted an investigation by inspecting the Ohija voter register and comparing it to federal and state data.

Larose sent letters to the lawyers of all countries involved in the investigation and sent individuals to criminal prosecution.

“The critics of efforts to integrity for the election of Ohija can try to diminish the importance of these recommendations, as if there was an acceptable amount of choice,” Larose wrote to the State Attorney General in Ohi Dave Yost. “Even one illegal voting can spoil the outcome of the election for citizenship as a whole, whether it is a school levy, most of the control of the Legal Council or even the state election.”

“It is this last election, one vote in Licking district decided the outcome of the local levy after the final certified number,” Larose noted.

Yost’s office did not immediately respond to the Fox News Digital comment request.

The Ohija move comes just days after President Donald Trump Ministry of Justice He sued the State of North Carolina and the State Committee on Northern Carolina election last week for allegedly missing in holding the exact voter list.

The lawsuit claims that the “significant number of” voters from North Carolina who did not meet the voter registration forms in accordance with HAV “still registered their election officials.”
