Two motorcyclists were hospitalized over the weekend after hitting a six -foot alligator on Florida Highway, according to Patrol highway.
The bizarre collision occurred on Saturday around 6:00 pm on Interstate 4 in Volusia County, According to WoflFox Branch based in Orlando that spoke exclusively with both cyclists.

67-year-old Cameron Gilmore, who held a broken foot and toes after hitting the alligator, told Wfol that he and 25-year-old Brandi Gross rode with a larger group when they first noticed a “big stain on the road”.
“I thought it was a semi-gum got off the tread or something,” Gilmore said.

However, the “stain” in question was not a tire – was alligator That threw him off the motorcycle after hitting him.
“I said,” Uh, help me, Jesus, “Gilmore told Wofl.
“And I, Um, just continued to turn. I’m like it will stop it?” He continued. “And then I started sliding, and I was like it would stop? Just sliding and sliding, and then it went off the road to the grass, and, Um, I couldn’t move much.”
Gross, who was immediately behind Gilmore, suffered a similar fate.
“I just saw something and as if I once realized what it was, it was simply too late,” she said about the net. “I was like,” Oh, shit, you know, like, “And that is just, the impact happened. I overturned and I just didn’t expect Gator to be in the middle of the road.”

Gross allegedly held a brain earthquake and cracked the bone on the side of the wrist.
As for the alligator, the scope of his injuries remains unknown – and the collision is under investigation.
