Driver who crashed a picap in a van nearby Yellowstone National Park Earlier this month, causing the death of seven people, he had a blood alcohol level more than twice as long as the legal limit of driving, police said on Friday.
Isaiah Moreno, 25, from Humble, Texas, managed Dodge Ram truck on the US highway 20 in Eastern Idaho When his vehicle crossed the center line and collided with a Mercedes tour van, which carried more than a dozen people.
Both vehicles flames in flames, and Moreno, along with six people from China, Italy and California, was killed. The survivors were taken to nearby hospital with injuries.

The deadly collision happened near Lake Henrys, about 16 miles west of Yellowstone in Wyoming. Yellowstone is one of the largest national parks in the country and attracts millions of visitors every year.
Moreno had a blood alcohol level of .20%, State Police Idaho State he said in a statement. The limit is .08%.
“This tragedy should be an awakening call,” said police captain Chris Weadick. “No one plans to cause a fall or take away their lives when they are scored by the wheel, but the elections have consequences.”
The video from the collision on May 1 shows a red truck on the wrong side of the road, the front of the crushed and fire, while the Tour van is pushed with flames. The survivors were leaning along the road as a helicopter arrived.

Roger Merrill, 60, told Associated Press to drive home when he came to the collision, and said he was anxiously waiting for the first answers.
“It took a nervous time to help only arrive because of the location,” he said.
