Rudy Giuliani, who was the Mayor of New York from 1994 to 2001, mourned the death of a former New York police officer, Bernie’s “Bernie” Kerik on Thursday, describing a lawsuit that he lost his “best friend” and “real patriot” as “inevitable”.
Kerik died at the age of 69 “after a private battle with the disease,” said FBI director Kash Patel.
Kerik and Giuliani were prominent figures during and after September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks in New York City Because of their leading roles in the city and quickly became close friends.

Giuliani said Kerik was on her side “within 20 minutes of” 11. September 11 and “never left”.

“He was led by an unwavering love for this country and the devotion to serving others. He was one of the most disgusting police officers from New York,” he said.

Kerik’s 35-year career has been recognized with more than 100 awards for a meritorious and heroic service, including the president of the heroism of President Ronald Reagan and two awards for reputable service from the Ministry of Internal Security.
He was considered the role of the head of Homeland Security in 2004, but lied to the White House during the check, which eventually led to acknowledged the guilt for eight criminal offenses, including tax fraud, 2009. He spent about three years in prison and then moved to the house in prison and, later, supervised the release.
