The problem began on December 27, when McDougall allegedly hit colleagues on board a Flight Copa Airlines Traveling from the city of Panama to Toronto.
According to reporting from Local 10 newsMidara’s quarrel encouraged the pilot to transfer the flight to Miami, where McDougall was removed from the plane but was not arrested.
Instead, he was told he could book another flight back to Canada. McDougall bought a ticket to Air Canada for the next day.
But as he was about to board that flight in Mia in the morning of December 28, he once again escorted, this time at the airport.

The authorities said McDougall had already cleaned the TSA checkpoint, when he randomly hit another passenger at about 6:37 in the morning, according to the court documents quoted by WPLG Local 10.
He also attacked a security guard who tried to intervene. Two minutes later, McDougall returned to the probable space and aimed at TSA’s supervisor, wildly swinging. Although the supervisor made up the blow, another officer who tried to restrain McDougall was hit in the face at least three times, suffering less injuries.
The entire meeting was recorded on the airport supervision and was published this week. The recording shows McDougall throwing blows, overturning over the screening trolley and continuing to resist as the agents fought to restrain him.
