Federal judge rules Trump’s deportation of anti-Israel activist likely unconstitutional

A Federal Judge in New Jersey ruled that the effort of President Donald Trump was deported to Anti-Israeli activist Mahmoud Khalil It is most likely unconstitutional on Wednesday.

US District Judge Michael Parkbiarz submitted a verdict, although he did not go so far as to ordered Khalil’s release. The Farbiarz claimed that the order on the deportation of Trump’s administration would probably be rejected as “unconstitutionally unclear.”

“The district court kept what we already knew: the weapon of secretaries Rubioa for the immigration law to punish Mahmoud and others like him is probably unconstitutional,” lawyers told Khalil after the verdict.

Khalil, who was approved by the US immigration judge for deportation, claimed that his rights to freedom of speech “eroded” Trump’s administration.

Khalil, they said, deliberately did not disclose the employment of the Syrian office at the British Embassy in Beirut when he applied for a constant residence of the USA.
