Florida man shot by deputies after alligator attack, charging with garden shears

Polk district, Florida Sheriff Grady Judd said that MPs had shot and killed a man who accused MPs of garden scissors and tried to grab a gun from a patrol vehicle, all after being attacked by alligator while swimming over the lake.

Judd told reporters on Monday that 42-year-old Timothy Shultz had been shot and killed after he was before threatening to harm his deputies earlier that day.

MPs responded to reports At about 6 o’clock on Monday Monday, a man who was on a racetrack who played “bizarre” and “shake” while asking him to call his son.

When the MPs arrived, the man was looking for a man for about 40 minutes. Then, just before 7:45 in the morning, the caller said that in a nearby lake there is a white man who is filled with alligators, with one alligator near a man. The caller told the operator that a man “must be drunk or tall or something,” Judd said.

The MPs learned that one witness had tried a man, later identified as Shultz, a life guard, though he would not take him. Another witness tried to talk to Shultz, but told the MPs that he had gripped the witness, so they ran into the house and locked the door.

When MPs arrived, Shultz was seen walking from the lake to the area between the houses while holding a set of garden scissors.

He also allegedly tried to break through the truck by throwing a brick into the vehicle.

Investigators talked to one witness who walked his dog at the time, and she said charged for MPs while holding the scissors.

Judd told reporters that the woman was questioning why MPs waited so long to shoot, but Sheriff said his deputies were trying to decan the situation.

“We also tried to push him into two different occasions, and he continued to charge them,” Judd said, adding that the MPs supported themselves and told Shultz to throw scissors.

In the end, Shultz climbed to the passenger side of the patrol vehicle that ran, Judd said. Shultz allegedly tried to grab a rifle or rifle from his owner, and in that moment the MPs repeatedly shot and killed.

“It’s important to focus on this for a second: he tried to attack my deputies with scissors,” Judd said. “Then he jumped into their vehicle, which was armed with scissors. Trying to pull out a rifle and or a shotgun at that moment, all the warnings had to stop, and the shop had to start, which was when they were enough to stop the threat.”

Judd told Shultz reporters of the criminal file “Long”, adding that he had more arrests of methamphetamine. He also said that Shultz was released from prison on May 20th.

“I said it over and over again, and I will continue to say that: there are still people who want to make a community or nation, they believe that drugs are low levels and non -violent,” he said. “Well, here’s your sign.”

Judd said Shultz swam across the lake and really approached the alligator, it seems that he was bitten by the alligator in his right hand.

“You know, it has to be true. You can’t make up for it, and as a result, this is another example of how violent people are when they use met and use drugs,” Judd said. “When you can swim across the lake, keep the apparent bite of alligators, grab scissors, try to break into the vehicle, attack officers for law enforcement, jump into your car, try to get a rifle and a shotgun … Without thinking about drugs. And that’s not the first time.”
