More than 7 million spectators are adapted to watching Alex Palou’s winning the first Indianapolis 500 In his career over the weekend, Fox Sports announced on Monday.
The race has collected 7.05 million spectators, Fox Sports said, citing Nielsen Fast National Rattings. The company added that it had 8.4 million spectators at the peak between 16:00 ET and 16:15 et.

It was the most watched Indianapolis 500 in 17 years, according to Fox Sports. AND Last Indy 500 Draw a comparable viewership was a 2008 race, which collected an audience of 7.245 million. Fox Sports said the viewership increased by 40% compared to last year’s race.
It was the first year Fox broadcast Indianapolis 500.

Marcus and Marcus Ericsson With 14 rounds for the race and held it and the rest of the package in the bay to win in the race. It was the fifth win of the 2025 season for Palou, and for the first time the Spaniard won the Indy 500.
Palou started the race in the sixth position on the outside of Scott Dixon and beside Felix Rosenqvist. He needed to work hard to reach the front as permanent rain droplets and several flags of caution appeared, which could stop his momentum at any time.

As the race went down to the end, he got the opportunity to move around Ericsson. He had traffic in the circle in front of him, but it seemed that they did not interfere with Palou’s ability to win at all. For Palou, it was a jubilee down the front with the expectation of kissing the brick and a little ice milk to cool it after a busy event.
