South Korean Investigators on Saturday again asked the country’s acting president to order the presidential security service to comply with an arrest warrant for the impeached president Yoon Suk Yeol.
The security service, along with military forces, prevented prosecutors from arresting Yoon Suk Yeol in a six-hour standoff at Yoon’s compound on Friday. Investigators secured the warrant to arrest Yoon over his brief statement of defense last month.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Finance declined to comment.
Police asked the head of the Presidential Security Service, Park Chong-jun, to appear for questioning on Tuesday, Yonhap News reported.
